Ooi Chong Seong could be the President and founder of Legenda Schooling Team (LEG). Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong with more than a ten years of expertise in the field of higher education, is recognised as being a pioneer of private tertiary education in Malaysia. Prior to the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held quite a few senior management positions, each in personal and public firms and it is recognised like a notable member of the small business community.

He holds an Superior Diploma in Small business from the Affiliation of Business Executives (“ABE”), United kingdom and Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Advertising and marketing (“CIM”), United kingdom. He is also a Fellow member of both ABE and CIM. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution to the state and his groundbreaking role inside the area of higher education in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ from the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also lately awarded the award of the “10 Very best Overseas Chinese Entrepreneur” in the China International Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
